摘要
目的观察眩晕宁片对麻醉犬脑循环的影响。方法健康成年杂种犬30只随机分为5组,分别给予0.5%CMC-Na、西比灵2 mg/kg、眩晕宁片125,250,500 mg/kg,股动脉插管测量血压,分离椎动脉和颈内动脉,用电磁流量计测量动脉血流量。结果眩晕宁给药后对麻醉犬血压和心率未见明显影响;但能使犬椎动脉和颈内动脉流量增加并使血管阻力降低,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01)。结论眩晕宁片能增加脑血流,减少脑血管阻力,具有改善麻醉犬脑循环的作用。
Objective It is to observe the effect of Xuanyunning tablet on brain circulation in anesthetized dogs. Methods 30 healthy and grown-up dogs were randomly divided into 5 groups, and they were given 0.5% CMC - Na, 2 mg/kg sibelium, 125, 250 and 500 mg/kg Xuanyunning tablet. Blood pressure was measured by intubatton of femoral artery and artery blood flow of vertebra arterty and internal carotid artery was measured by electromagnetism flowmeter. Results No obvious effect of Xuanyunning tablet on blood pressure and heart rate was found after using this drug, but blood flow of vertebra and internal carotid artery increased markedly and vascular resistance decreased. Compared with blank control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）. Conclusion Xuanyunning tablet can increase cerebral blood stream, reduce cerebral blood vessel resistance and improve it＇ s circulation in anesthetized dogs.
