摘要
随着我国大型输气管道的建设,推进城市气化进程,为CNG汽车加气站的建设与发展带来机遇,CNG加气站在我国得到了空前的发展。针对现有CNG加气站出现的窜井和地下储气井松动事故,对CNG加气站的工艺流程和地下储气井的结构进行优化设计:将天然气直充改为经过地下储气井冷却后加气,在地下储气井的出口处安装单向阀;将现在地下储气井共用一条进出气管线改为单进单出,在地下储气井内增设套管,进一步加强CNG加气站的安全性,为今后CNG加气站的设计和建设提供借鉴。
With rapid construction of large-scale gas pipelines and acceleration of urban gasification process in China,new great opportunity has appeared for construction and development of CNG refueling station and CNG refueling station construction has gained an unprecedented development. Aiming at such troubles existing in CNG refueling station as gassed-out well and underground gas storage well looseness,discussed are some issues on optimization design for technological process of CNG refueling station and structure of underground gas storage well. CNG is filled into vehicles after being cooled via underground gas storage well instead of direct filling,check valve is installed at underground gas storage well outlet,one gas line is added so as to make gas which is filled into and pumped out from gas storage well pass through respective gas line,and casing pipe is added in gas storage well so as to improve the safety of CNG refueling station,which will provide reference for future design and construction of CNG fueling stations.
