摘要 MR-TMD阻尼器是在调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)的基础上与磁流变阻尼器(MR)联合使用的一种新型结构半主动振动控制装置。在考虑轨道不平顺的影响下,建立了列车-桥-阻尼器耦合动力学模型。采用自主研发的高速铁路车-桥-轨动力耦合仿真分析平台(TDBCA1.0),以德国ICE3高速列车通过(80+128+80)米连续箱梁桥为例,分析了轨道不平顺对桥梁振动的影响,比较了TMD阻尼器和MR-TMD阻尼器的减振效果。结果表明,轨道不平顺对桥梁竖向位移影响较小,对桥梁振动加速度影响较大,列车速度越快,对桥梁振动加速度的影响越大。MR-TMD阻尼器对连续箱梁位移峰值影响较小,但能在很大程度上控制振动加速度。MR-TMD减振效果优于TMD阻尼器。 MR-TMD is a new type of semi-active control device combining a tuned mass damper(TMD) and a magneto-rheological(MR) damper.Here,a dynamic model for a train-bridge-damper coupled vibration system was established considering track irregularities.Based on the self-developed computational software TDBCA1.0 for coupled vibration of a rail vehicle-bridge-track system,taking an example of German ICE3 high-speed railway train passing a(80+128+80)-meter continuous box girder bridge,the relations between the bridge vibration and track irregularities were investigated.Effects of vibration control with TMD and MR-TMD on the bridge were also analyzed.The results showed that the effect of track irregularities on vertical displacement of the bridge is small and that on vibration acceleration is large;the higher the train speed,the larger the track irregularities effect on the vibration acceleration of the bridge;the maximum displacement of the bridge is influenced little with MR-TMD,but its vibration acceleration is effected obviously,and MR-TMD is more effective than TMD in reducing the vibration of the bridge.
