摘要
目的探讨结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病患者手术的可能性及注意的问题。方法对357例结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病患者进行围手术期血糖、尿糖、尿酮的动态监测,并及时控制血糖及调整胰岛素的用量。结果 357例病例中有9例中转开腹,其余均在腹腔镜下进行手术。均康复出院。结论围手术期密切监测血糖、尿糖、尿酮并作相应恰当的处理,结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病患者可以进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术。
Objective Inquire into possibility,and poins for atterition of operation in patients suffer from Calculous cholecystitis combine Diabetes.Methods Pass through developmental inspection to 357case patients suffer from Calculous cholecystitis combine Diabetes in blood sugar,urine sugar,urine ketone in encircles the surgery yime and adopt proper methods controled blood sugar promptly and adjust expenditure of insulin.Results 9 patients underwent open surgery after exploration,and the rest were operated with endoscope.All the patients were cured.Conclusion So long as inspect blood sugar,urine sugar,urine ketone closely and adopt proper treatment in encircles the surgery time,patients suffer from Calculous cholecystitis combine Diabetes laparoscopic Choiecystectomy.
