摘要 目的探讨子宫内膜息肉行宫腔镜治疗效果观察。方法选择81例子宫内膜息肉患者分为:宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术组(息肉切除组);宫腔镜刮宫术组(刮宫组);宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术组(内膜切除组)各27例,进行临床观察。结果术中手术时间、出血量比较:内膜切除组明显高于息肉切除组与刮宫术组(P<0.01);复发率比较:刮宫术组明显高于其它两组(P<0.01)。结论对需要保留生育能力的患者采用宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术及术后联合孕激素类药物炔诺酮口服,能达到满意治疗效果。而对于无生育要求及年龄较大等情况采用宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术,能避免EP的复发。 Objective To investigate endometrial polyps do hysteroscopic treatment effect observation.Methods 81 cases of endometrial polyps were divided into:hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection group(polyp excision group);hysteroscopy and curettage group(curettage group);hysteroscopic endometrial resection group(endarterectomy group) in 27 cases,clinical observation.Results The operation time,bleeding volume in comparison:endarterectomy group was significantly higher than that of polyp resection group and curettage group(P0.01);comparison of recurrence rates:curettage group was significantly higher than the other two groups(P0.01).Conclusion On the need to preserve the fertility of patients using hysteroscopy endometrial polyp excision and postoperative progestin norethindrone oral drugs,can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect.As for fertility requirements and older age,using hysteroscopic endometrial resection,to avoid the recurrence of EP.
