摘要
从社区经理劳务派遣员工人员结构和分布,工资、人成本费用和项目来分析社区经理劳务人员薪酬管理的现状及存在的问题、原因和危害。把社区经理劳务人员纳入公司的岗位管理体系和编制定员,进行岗位动态管理,制定社区经理劳务派遣员工薪酬管理办法,同时要根据社会和企业的发展,及时完善劳务人员薪酬管理体系,保障企业战略发展目标的实现。
The present situation and the existence question, the reason and harm of community manager service personnel salary management are analyzed from the community manager labor dispatch personnel structure and distribution, salary, cost and project. Incorporating the community manager service personnel into the post management system and personnel; undertaking post dynamic management; and developing a community manager labor dispatch staff salary management, at the same time, improving services personnel salary management system according to the society and the development of enterprises are discussed to realize strategy goals of the corporation.
