摘要
了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)和哮喘患者对舒利迭的掌握现状,调查规范指导对舒利迭的正确使用率的影响,并指导正确的用药方法。2008年1月至2010年12月,对莆田学院附属医院呼吸内科使用舒利迭的成人患者进行规范指导及跟踪调查分析。将283例患者分为两组:A组患者既往曾应用任何一种吸入装置,B组患者既往未曾应用任何一种吸入装置。经指导后,两组患者舒利迭的正确使用率均显著提高(P<0.05),指导3次后95%以上的患者可正确使用舒利迭。指导前与指导后,常见的错误均明显减少(P<0.05)。说明通过医务人员多次面对面的直接指导,可显著提高患者对舒利迭的接受程度和正确使用率。
Objective The current situation of chronic pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma patients using Seretide was explained. The effect of standard guidance on the correct use of Seretide was studied. The correct usage of drugs was presented. Methods From January of 2008 to December of 2010, we provided standard guidance and follow-up investigation to the adult patients who were using DPI （Seretide） in Department of Respiratory in Affiliated Hospital of Putian University. 283 patients were divided into two groups. Patients in group A had applied inhalation devices before. Patients in group B had never applied any kind of inhalation devices before. Results With standard guidance, the rate of patients＇ proper usage of the DPI in the two groups was significantly increasing（P〈0.05 ）. More than 95% of patients could use the DPI correctly after three times of guidance. The patients with guidance made less common mistakes （ P〈0.05 ） than those without guidance. Conclusion Physicians＇ repeated face-to-face guidance of correct usage of DPI to the patients enhances the patients＇ acceptance and correct usage rate of DPI.
