摘要
对白斑狗鱼鳃、肌肉、胃和肠组织提取物的抗菌活性进行了比较,并利用醋酸提取、固相萃取和凝胶层析等方法对肠组织的抗菌物质进行了初步分离。试验结果表明,(1)白斑狗鱼的4种组织中肠组织抗菌活性最强;(2)肠组织抗菌物质具有耐热性,经加热处理活性不变;(3)白斑狗鱼肠组织提取物固相萃取0%乙腈的洗脱组分抗菌活性最大;(4)肠组织抗菌物质G-25凝胶层析后出现在第2个洗脱峰。
The antimicrobial activities were studied in the extracts from gill,muscle,stomach and intestine of northern pike Esox lucius,and the preliminary purification of the antibacterial extracts was performed in the intestine by acetic acid extraction,solid phase extraction and gel chromatography.The results showed that the maximal antibacterial activity was observed in the intestine,and the antibacterial material showed heat-resistances.The 0% ACN elution fraction after solid phase extraction had the maximal antibacterial activity,and the antibacterial material presented in the second elution peak after gel chromatography.
