＂Based on the quality assurance, to obtain benefits for the Centre, to meet the project requirements for liability＂, is the fundamental purposes and project management tasks. With the improvement of project management system in hospital, as a project purchase management in the management system must actively confront and adapt to the new situation of development, consciously absorb the mod- ern concept of project procurement management, active learning and the application of science to the management tools and project procurement management toward a standardized, orderly, innovative and efficient development.
