摘要
2004-2008年在青海刚察、格尔木市进行新品系牧草和种子生产性状的品比试验,结果表明:青大1号紫花苜蓿新品系在青海省海拔3000-3300m地区,播种翌年春季返青率达92.6%,比对照提高74.8-80.7个百分点,生长第2-5年返青率达100%,具有优良的旱作性,在年降水量350-400mm地区,可正常进行牧草生产,并具有产量较高、持续稳产的特点。新品系在海拔3000-3300m地区,生长第2年后,表型性状与原始材料比较,田间整齐度、性状一致性进一步提高,枝繁叶茂,茎枝伸长后生育速度加快,至盛花期前,平均生长速度为1.6cm/d,是原始材料的1.5倍,成株平均高度达96cm,是原始材料的1.2倍,两者高度差为14cm。牧草和种子产量均显著高于对照,2004-2007年平均干草产量达12867kg/hm2,种子产量达476kg/hm2,分别比对照高5.1倍和2.1倍。
The research of new pasture and seed production traits was carried out from 2004 to 2008 in Gangeha and Golmud of Qinghai province. The results showed that: the Qingda 1st of alfalfa new line of Qinghai Province was in 3 000-3 300m above sea level, planting reviving rate was 92.6%, the percentage points was increased 74.8 to 80.7 than the control, reviving rate was 100% after 2-5 years with excellent dry. The annual rainfall 350-400mm, can be normal forage production, and have higher yield and sustained and stable yield characteristics. Lines at the altitude of 3 000~3 300m in the second year of growth, the field uniformity and consistency were improved compared with the original material. Before the full-bloom stage, the average growth rate was 1.6 em / d, was 1.5 times higher than the original material, adult average height was 96 em,was 1.2 times higher than the original material, the height difference between the two was 14 em. Pasture and seed production were significantly higher than those in control. From 2004 to 2007 the average yield of hay was 12 867 kg/hm2, seed yield was 476kg/hm2, respectively 5.1 times higher than that of the control and 2.1 times.
