摘要
目的 探讨腔静脉后输尿管的临床表现与诊断。方法 回顾性分析 8例腔静脉后输尿管的诊断及治疗。结果 7例行输尿管离断后吻合 ,1例行肾切除。结论 对有症状且伴有明显积水者应行手术治疗 ,术中应用双J导管可减少狭窄的发生。
Objectives To investigate clinical manifestation and diagnosis in retrocaval ureters.Methods Diagnosis and treatment for 8 cases in retrocaval ureters were analyzed.Results 7 cases were cut and anastomosed,the renal was cut in one case.Conclusions The patient who had illness with hydronephrosis was operated,and in order to reduce the strait , the double J catheter was used in the operation.
