摘要
运用FLUENT软件对高速动车组整车三维流场进行了数值模拟,计算中综合考虑了车体壁面传热、人体散热、太阳辐射等多种传热过程.通过计算获得了车内速度场、温度场分布,得出客室内风速满足UIC553的相关规定,同时针对流场中温度分布不均匀,对影响流场分布的相应结构进行了优化分析,提高了温度分布的均匀性.这些计算结果可用于指导高速动车组空调系统及车内气流组织的优化设计.
By using FLUENT software and considering the heat transfer of the train, passengers and sunshine, numerical simulation on 3D airflow field of high-speed EMU was performed. The velocity and temperature sca- lar are obtained by simulation, and the velocity in the train satisfies the provisions of UIC553. Aiming at the nonuniform temperature, the constructions that affect the airflow distribution are optimized, and the uniformity of temperature distribution is improved. The results provide guidance for optimizing the airflow in train and HVAC.
