摘要
目的 :建立中药红曲的质量控制方法。方法 :应用紫外光谱法对国内常见的 7种红曲霉制备而成的中药红曲进行鉴别研究。结果 :不同种红曲霉制备的红曲的紫外光谱及其导数光谱存在明显差异。结论 :紫外光谱法可作为红曲药材的质量评价手段之一。
Aim To establish a quality control method of the traditional Chinese medicine,Hongqu.Methods Hongqu produced with 7 ordinary species was distinguished using ultraviolet spectrum.Results Obvious differences exist in the ultraviolet spectra and derivative spectra of the Hongqu produced with different species.Conclusion Either ultraviolet spectrum or derivative spectrum can be used as a tool of quality evaluation of Hongqu.
