摘要
通过总结及分析企业业绩评价的发展历程及特点,结合煤矿井下生产成本管理工作的特殊性,探讨了采用模糊综合考评法进行煤矿井下生产成本管理考评的方法及模式,并给出了具体实施程序。
By concluding and analyzing development process and characteristic of enterprise performance evaluation,and thinking over particularity of underground production cost management work,this paper discussed the method and mode of cost management evaluation of mine underground production with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and present its implementation procedures.
