摘要 目的 :讨论脑血流及代谢异常在血管性痴呆 (VD)诊治中的运用。方法 :采用SPECT、PET等方法对VD脑血流及代谢的测定。结果 :脑血流及代谢的测定是诊治VD的有效指标。结论 :脑血流及代谢的测定与VD的诊治有一定的相关性。 Objective:To discuss the possibility and value of applying the abnormal cerebral blood flow and metabolism to diagnose and to treat vascular dementia patients.Methods:To quantify the cerebral blood flow and metabolism of vascular dementia with SPELT.PET and so on.Results:The measuring of the cerebral blood flow and metabolism are effective index to the diagnosis and therapy of vascular dementia.Conclusion:The measureing of the cerebral blood flow and metabolism is markedly relative to the diagnosis and therapy of vascular dementia. [
