摘要
目的 研制一种自动化程度高、成本低、易普及的智能型眼压仪。方法 采用压陷式测量原理,利用传感技术、计算机技术、电子技术研制成眼压仪。并对其准确性进行临床观察,与Schiotz眼压计、CT-60型非接触眼压仪进行比较。结果智能型眼压仪与Schiotz眼压计、CT-60型非接触眼压仪的准确性天显著性差异,相关性好。智能型眼压便灵敏性、精确度优于Schiotz眼压计。成本远比CT-60型非接触眼压仅低。结论 智能型眼压仪经临床验证各项性能指标均符合设计要求,是一种实用的眼压测量仪器。
Objective To manufacture a kind of intelligent tonometer that is more automatic, cheaper and easier to be used. Methods We designed a tonometer by the compressed measurement principle, sensor and computer technique,anal- ysed the accurate with a quantity of clinical investigations, and compared it to Schiotz tonometer, and CT-60 non-contact tonometer. Results The accurate of this tonometer was same as that of Schiotz and CT-60 non-contact tonometer, and it has a good relatives with the two kinds above. But the sensitivity and accurate of intelligent tonometer were better than that of Schiotz tonometer; the cost was lower than that of CT-60 non-contact tonometer. Conclusion The intelligent tonometer is a suitable and practical instrument in clinical practice.
