摘要
研究了基础地理空间信息数据在警用地理信息系统中的应用。通过对空间数据的精细组织,包括矢量数据与栅格数据的预处理与坐标转换,使其符合PGIS标准规范要求,然后利用专业配图切片工具,实现电子地图的网络发布。同时通过对公安部门的专业地址数据赋予空间信息的方法研究,总结了一套完整的公众信息数字化流程,大大提高工作的效率与准确性。
The paper study the application of geospatial data in the PGIS project. The geospatial data is well organ- ized to meet the requirement of PGIS standard, including preprocessing and coordinate transformation of vector data and raster data. Then the electronic map can be published on the net after those geospatial data are processed by professional tools. Through discussing the method about giving spatial information to the police professional address data, a set of com- plete public digital information flow is summarized and the work efficiency and accuracy is improved greatly.
