摘要 加强医学人文素质教育,提高医学生的整体素质,培养适应时代发展的"卓越医师",是当前医学教育面临的主要任务。在分析"卓越医生教育培养计划"与医学人文教育的内涵和关系的基础上,探讨了卓越医学生培养时加强医学人文教育的有效途径:增强医学人文教育在卓越医学生培养中重要性的认识;加强医学生人文知识学习,提高医学生的人文素养;多途径、全方位提高教师自身的人文素养;不断深化教学改革,促进卓越医学生培养中课程的整合。 Improving the medical humanities education quality, strengthening the comprehensive qualities of medical students and training "Excellent Doctor" who adapts to the development of the times are the main task of current medical education. This paper analysed the meaning and relationships of the Excellent Doctor Education and Training Programs and medical humanities education, explored effective ways to strengthen the medical human- ities education, which include : enhancing medical humanistic education's role in medical students cultivation of ex- cellent doctor; strengthening the medical students' humanistic knowledge learning and improving medical students" humanistic literacy; multi -channel, omni -directional to improve teachers'humanities cultivated manners; deepe- ning teaching reform, promoting medical students' curriculum integration in cultivation of excellent doctor.
