摘要 目的:了解儿科护士工作主要压力源及不同护龄、职称及学历儿科护士的工作压力源的差别。方法:采用问卷调查法,对天津市两所三级甲等医院56名儿科护士的社会人口学资料和工作压力源进行调查。结果:儿科护士工作压力源由高到低依次为:工作量及时间分配问题,工作环境及资源方面问题,病人护理方面问题,护理专业及工作方面问题,管理及人际关系方面问题。不同护龄、职称及学历的儿科护士压力源差别无统计学意义。结论:建议护理管理者采取综合干预模型减少儿科护士工作压力源,为儿科护士提供减轻工作压力的方法,以提高儿科护士工作的效率及质量。 Objective: To investigate the main work stress sources of nurses with different working years, professional title and educational background in pediatric departments. Methods: Questionnaires were used to investigate the socio-demographic data and work stress sources of 56 nurses in pediatric departments in two top-rank hospital. Results: The order of stressors from high to low were work time pressure, resources, environmental problems, patient care, professional and career issues, management and interpersonal relationship. There was no statistical significance in the nurses with different working years, titles and educational backgrounds in pediatric departments. Conclusion: It is suggested that the nurse managers should adopt comprehensive intervention model to reduce the work stress sources and provide methods to reduce work stress so as to improve the work efficiency and quality of nurses in pediatric departments.
