摘要
热浸镀铝是一种经济有效的表面处理方法,热浸镀铝件质量的好坏主要受镀前对钢基体进行处理的各工序的优劣及浸镀时几个工艺参数的影响,本文主要从助镀剂、浸镀液成分、浸镀温度和浸镀时间等几方面分析了这些因素对浸镀件镀层的影响,阐述了热浸镀铝技术当前存在的问题及前景展望。
Hot-dip aluminum is a cost-effective surface treatment method. The quality of hot-dip aluminum parts was mainly affected by the various processes for steel substrate before dipping and by several process parameters when dipping. From the fluxing agent, immersion bath composition, dipping temperature and time, this paper ana- lyzed the effects on the immersion plating coat by these factors. The problems of hot-dip aluminum technology and its development prospects were also discussed.
