摘要
导弹贮存期间经历多次测试维修,检测数据繁杂,只有更好利用其现场数据才能更合理预测导弹寿命及检测时间。对此,结合装备失效率曲线,提出三种样本采集方案,设计了一套预防性检测系统,并以威布尔分布为例,进行了仿真验证,结果验证系统的正确性与实用性。
There is a lot of measurement and maintenance during missile storage.Due to the complexity of data test,only by using field data can the lifespan and test time of missiles be better forecasted.To solve the problem,three kinds of data acquisition schemes are given by considering the bathtub curve of disabled probability of equipment.The system of missile precautionary measurement is designed.The simulation experiment based on the data turns out to obey Weibull distribution.The result validates the effectiveness and practicability of the system.
