摘要
万向轴常规设计存在着轴本体超刚度的问题,这样的设计加剧了弹性件的振动载荷,加剧了系统的动载荷,违背了等强度零件设计的准则,浪费了金属材料。新设计方法解决了常规设计方法存在的问题,创造了等强度设计的条件,使万向连接轴的设计不局限于叉头直径的保守经验估算。
In the conventional design, the universal joint has the problem of exceed rigidity of shaft proper, thus aggravating the vibration load of elastic parts and even the dynamic load of the system. This design goes against the equistrength criterion for part design and results in the metal material waste. In the new design of the universal joint, the existing problems in the conventional design are solved and the equistrength conditions are satisfied, and the new design is not limited to the conservative and empirical estimation of socket diameter.
