摘要
为了直观评估炸药的性能;设计了一种放置于爆炸场中的动态应变存储测试系统,该测试系统由应变片以及后续调理存储控制电路组成,将测试系统整体置于耐高温的高强度壳体中;进行了炸药爆炸应变的实际测试,对测试数据进行分析计算;得出的结果说明该智能仪器系统能够在恶劣环境下完成动态应变测试任务,进而能较好评估炸药的性能。
In order to assess the performance of the dynamite visually; a storage testing system was designed to test the dynamic strain, the test system is composed of strain gauge, conditioning, storage and control circuit, the test system as a whole was placed in the high-- temperature high--strength shell; the actual test of strain in explosion of the dynamite was done and then analyzed the data, the result has showed that the intelligent instrument system can accornplish the test task of dynamic strain in harsh environment, and then this system can better assess the performance of the dynamite.
