摘要
为适应现代民用飞机故障诊断的需求,应用飞机故障诊断历史经验,构建了飞机故障诊断维修知识库,在此基础上,研究了依据飞机维护历史经验知识和数据挖掘技术的故障诊断方法;应用关联分析方法实现了维修历史库的挖掘诊断,通过案例库的聚类分析,显著提高了案例库的检索效率;针对某型民机地面故障诊断的任务要求,设计了基于数据挖掘的机载设备故障诊断专家系统;通过输入真实故障信息,运行专家系统进行诊断分析,验证了所实现的基于数据挖掘的故障诊断专家系统具有较高的准确性。
To meet the demand of modern aircraft failure diagnosis, historical experience of aircraft failure diagnosis is used to build aircraft failure diagnosis maintenance knowledge database. On this basis, failure diagnosis method based on aircraft failure diagnosis mainte nance knowledge and data mining technology is studied. An association analytical method is used to achieve excavation diagnosis of history maintenance database. The efficiency of case retrieval is notably raised by clustering analysis of case database. The fault diagnosis expert system based on data mining is designed in accordance with airborne device fault diagnosis task demand. The fault diagnosis expert system based on data mining is verified to have high diagnosis accuracy in real fault information
