摘要
文中总结了国内外摩擦焊焊接温度场的测量方法,介绍了热电偶法(包括标准热电偶法、自然热电偶法、半自然热电偶法)、红外热成像法、微观组织分析法的测温原理以及国内外相关学者应用这些方法实现摩擦焊焊接接头温度场分布测量的具体应用成果,对各种测量方法的优缺点进行了综合对比分析,并展望了采用计算机数值模拟技术来预测摩擦焊焊接接头三维温度场的分布。
The methods of temperature field measurement for friction welding were summarized.Basic principles of the thermocouple method which includes standard thermocouple method,natural thermocouple method and semi-natural thermocouple method,infrared thermal imaging method and microstructure analysis method were introduced,and their applications at home and abroad were also briefly discussed.A comprehensive analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of all these methods and the prospects to predict the three-dimensional temperature field distribution by computer numerical simulation were also proposed.
