摘要
以区域电力-生物质能源系统为研究对象,应用混合整数区间线性规划的方法,开发一个选址规划模型,研究厂址选择和生物质调配等问题。以经济和环境成本为目标函数,以原料、发电量平衡和环境污染限制等为约束条件,对提高电厂效益、确保电厂在所选厂址健康发展具有重要意义。将该方法应用到假例中,分析不同情景对厂址选择、发电成本和生物质调配的影响,证明该模型的可行性。模型可应用到复杂的实例中,求得的结果能为管理者提供科学的决策依据。
An interval integer programming method for the regional power-biomass energy management system was developed to study the site selection and biomass allocation problems. Formulating a programming model with an objective of minimizing the overall economic and environmental costs as well as raw materials, power capacity bal- ance and environmental pollution control constraints has a very important significance for biomass power plants to improve economic performance and develop healthily in the selected site. The developed method was applied to a hypothetical case, and the impacts of different scenarios on site selection, power generation cost and biomass allo- cation solutions were analyzed, and the feasibility was proved. This model can also be applied to a complicated case, and the acquired results can provide administrators with scientific evidence.
