摘要
选择对氧有敏感响应的4,7-二苯基-1,10-邻菲咯啉钌[Ru(dpp)]为荧光猝灭探针,通过条件优化,制备了粒径100nm左右且包埋有该荧光探针的聚丙烯腈纳米颗粒。研究结果表明,包埋于聚丙烯腈材料中的Ru(dpp)较好保持了原有的荧光特性和稳定性。丙烯腈纳米颗粒在100%氮氧改变的环境中,其荧光强度变化小于2%,显示了较好的隔氧效果。
A sensitive oxygen quenching probe,tris-(4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline)ruthenium(II) [Ru(dpp)],was selected and immobilized in polyacrylonitrile nanoparticles Ru(dpp)-PAN-NPs).The as-prepared Ru(dpp)-PAN-NPs were homogeneous and with the diameter around 100 nm,and Ru(dpp) in Ru(dpp)-PAN-NPs kept its original fluorescence characteristic well.In 100% oxygen or nitrogen atmosphere,the change of fluorescence intensity of the nanoparticles was less than 2%,indicating the prepared Ru(dpp)-PAN-NPs were with excellent oxygen impermeability.
