摘要
针对扇形板在研磨过程中的翻转动作,设计出一种专用翻转工装,对框架进行强度和刚度分析,运用Autodesk Inventor进行运动仿真,确定传动轴轴径大小,对动力和传动部分进行分析计算。
A special turnover tool is designed to turn segments for grinding. Strength and rigidity analysis are performed onthe frame. The movement of the tool is simulated with Autodesk Inventor to determine the diameter of the drive shaft. The article also explains the calculation and analysis of the drive system.
