摘要
北魏后期,地方长官的本籍任用成为汉族士人彰显权势的突出的现象。本籍任用的现象与汉族士人强烈的乡里意识有着紧密的联系,同时又与国家权力相结合,因而更受到汉族士人的重视。北魏朝廷既注意通过对汉族士人的本籍任用来增强他们的权势,以保证其统治顺利运行,但又保持了对这一方式的谨慎运用。汉族士人本籍任用的出现表明了他们在北魏王朝政治地位的上升。
The Ben-ji（本籍） appointment of govenrers became a prominent phenomenon to Han scholars for highlighting power.The Ben-ji appointment was closely linked with the sense for the local communities.What’s more,it had combined with the state power.To the rulers,they maintained a cautious attitude when using this mode of appointment to ensure the effective control of the Han scholars.The Ben-ji appointment of govenrers to Han scholars reflects the rise of their political status in the dynasty.
