摘要
目的：探索头针对脑瘫合并智力低下患儿智力提高的方法、模式。观察头针治疗脑性瘫痪合并智力低下的临床疗效。方法：收集入组病例,1~10岁脑性瘫痪合并智力低下患儿60例,排除因染色体病变、遗传代谢病、中毒、感染等其他原因所致的智力低下。按入院时间顺序随机分组,分为治疗组和对照组。取得家长知情同意,并签写知情同意书。两组均进行正常药物、OT、PT、按摩、理疗等康复训练,治疗组加用头针治疗,其中治疗组取穴：百会、四神聪、智三针、颞三针、语言一区、语言二区、语言三区、感觉区、运动区、平衡区等,并随证配穴。每日针刺1次,得气后留针50min,3个月为1个疗程,疗程结束后观察智力提高效果。结果 ：观察组显效6例,有效20例,无效4例;对照组显效2例,有效18例,无效10例,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：头针对于治疗脑瘫合并智力低下患儿有很好的疗效,能够改善患儿的认知能力,提高智力水平及语言能力,增加注意力集中时间,矫正异常行为。具有操作简单、成本低、副作用小等优势,便于临床广泛推广运用。
Objective：Quest head the method,mode that aim at the intelligence exaltation of lowly baby patient of brain Tan merger intelligence.Method：Collections go into set case,the 1~10 years old brain paralyzes a lowly baby patient of merger intelligence 60,exclusion because of heredity,chromosome mutation,infection,poisoned etc.other reason to of the intelligence is lowly.Press the sequence of hospitalizing time random a cent set,is divided into treatment set and matched control.The treatment set adds to use a needle treatment.The pinprick must annoy behind and stay needle for 50 minutes once,are one treatment for three months everyday,treatment be over behind observe intelligence exaltation effect.Results：The observation set shows an effect 6,effectively 20,invalid 4;the matched control shows an effect 2,18 effective,10 invalid,two sets of comparison the difference have a statistics to learn meaning（P0.05）.Conclusion：The head is aimed at to a treatment brain the Tan merge the lowly baby patient of intelligence have good curative effect,can improve the baby patient＇s cognition ability and improve intelligence level and speech and increase attention concentration for time and correct excrescent behavior.
