头颈部鳞状细胞癌干细胞的研究进展

摘要 肿瘤干细胞假说认为,只有一小部分细胞可维持肿瘤的生长,这一小部分细胞被称为"肿瘤干细胞",其他的大部分细胞只有有限的或根本没有生长潜能。在头颈部鳞状细胞癌在内的多种肿瘤中已经初步鉴定和分离出了肿瘤干细胞。本文就CD44阳性细胞、醛脱氢酶阳性细胞、侧群细胞和八聚体4/nanog/CD133阳性细胞等与头颈部鳞状细胞癌干细胞相关的研究现状作一综述。 According to the cancer stem cell theory, only a rare subpopulation of cells, called "cancer stem cell", have the ability to sustain cancer growth, and all the other cancer cells have a limited growth potential or no growth potential at all. In various cancers, including head and neck squamous cell carcinomas(HNSCC), such cells have been identified and prospectively isolated. The current progress on cancer stem cells in HNSCC, such as CD44 positive cells, aldehyde dehydrogenase positive cells, side population cells and oetamer4/nanog/CD133 positive cells, was discussed in this article.
