口腔细菌对铜绿假单胞菌黏附及侵入肺上皮细胞能力的影响 被引量:2

Effects of oral bacteria on the adhesion and invasion of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to respiratory epithelial cells

摘要 目的通过比较铜绿假单胞菌和口腔细菌单独或共同作用于肺上皮细胞时,细菌黏附和侵入细胞的能力,探讨细菌间相互作用在呼吸道感染的最初阶段的作用机制。方法应用培养法和抗生素保护法检测铜绿假单胞菌和口腔细菌单独或共同作用于肺上皮细胞时,细菌黏附和侵入肺上皮细胞的能力。结果铜绿假单胞菌与口腔细菌共同作用于肺上皮细胞,牙龈卟啉单胞菌和伴放线放线杆菌降低了铜绿假单胞菌的黏附能力,却增强了其侵入能力;而铜绿假单胞菌能够影响口腔细菌对肺上皮细胞的黏附,同时增强口腔细菌侵入肺上皮细胞的能力。结论口腔细菌,尤其是牙周可疑致病菌主要通过增强铜绿假单胞菌对肺上皮细胞的侵入而影响呼吸道感染过程。 Objective To compare the ability of adhesion and invasion to respiratory epithelial cells by Pseudomonas aeruginosa(Pa) and oral bacteria and discuss the role of interaction between Pa and oral bacteria in the initial stage of respiratory infection.Methods Culturing method and antibiotic protection method were used to determine the adhesive and invasive ability of Pa and oral bacteria when the respiratory epithelial cells were mono or mixed incubated with Pa or oral bacteria.Results When pulmonary epithelial cells were incubated with Pa in the presence of oral bacteria,Porphyromonas gingivalis(Pg) and Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans(Aa) significantly decreased the adhesion of Pa to epithelial cells,but increased the invasion of Pa.In contrast,Pa affected the adhesion of oral bacteria to epithelial cells,and enhanced their invasion abilities.Conclusion Oral bacteria,especially periodontal pathogens,may foster Pa invasion into respiratory epithelial cells to affect respiratory infection.
