摘要
在求解连续气相流场计算收敛的基础上引入离散相,通过相间耦合计算得到不同粒径的喷射源颗粒以速度20m/s、质量流量0.005kg/s进入摩擦器后的运动轨迹、速度场及浓度场的分布情况。研究摩擦器内气固两相流场的分布情况,为摩擦器优化设计及摩擦电选研究奠定了理论基础。
The disperse phase is put into the continuous gas tlow nelu aIter me calculauona~ model is convergent and steady. The twophase flow field is calculated by the two phase coupling. The flow field describes the trajectory, velocity and concentration field distribution of particles with different granularity. The particles with jet speed of 20m/s and mass flow of 0.005kg/s before coming into the frictional device. The distribution of gas-soild two phase flow field in the friction device is studied. The theoretical basis is provided for optimal design of friction device triboelectrification charge intensifying.
