摘要
正火是提高钢板强韧性、改善钢板组织的重要工艺手段,但特厚钢板轧制后正火会出现强度偏低问题。某厂通过改进正火工艺,对特厚钢板的正火加热温度、保温时间和冷却速度进行调整,有效地提高了正火特厚钢板的性能,综合成材率达90%。
