摘要
基于有限单元法中计算结点应力的绕点平均法的思想,提出了差分网格角点位移平均的方法,将包含网格角点的周围铸件网格中心处的位移值进行平均,得到网格角点上的位移值,然后就可以方便地使用OpenGL图形显示函数库将铸件的整体变形情况显示出来。实际算例证明,这种方法显示出来的铸件整体变形趋势与试验结果相符,对铸件变形等相关研究与应用具有实用价值和指导意义。
Based on the notion of nodal average stress method in FEM, a method of calculating nodal average displacement in FDM is proposed. This method calculates each average displacement on grid comer point from those on the centers of the casting grids around the comer, and then the deformation of casting can be displayed. Practical example shows that the casting deformation by the proposed method accords with the real observation in the experiment. The presented method can instruct practical experiments with some practical significance.
