"先看病后付费"作为一种新的诊疗模式,标志着公立医院转变服务理念,体现着公益性本质的回归。该文从卫生服务的可及性和公平性、卫生服务的适宜性以及卫生服务的质量和效率等方面论证了"先看病后付费"诊疗模式的公益性回归。
＂Treatment before payment＂ is a new mode of diagnosis and treatment, which marks the change of service concept and return of public welfare in public hospitals.
