摘要
我国上市公司信息披露制度的建立 ,一方面保护了投资者的合法权益 ;另一方面可使上市公司资产发挥最佳 ;为股东和社会带来最大利益。但目前 ,我国上市公司的信息披露中仍存在很多问题 ,给证券市场的运作带来很多不利影响。为此 ,我们应采取一系列措施 ,进一步规范上市公司信息。
The establishment of the system of information announcement of the companies appear on market of our country,on one hand it has protected the lawful rights and interests of the investors,on the other hand,it makes the assets of companies appear on market develop its best beneficial results;It brings highest interests for stockholders and society.However,there are still many problems exist in information announcement of the companies appear on market of our country,it brings a lot of disadvantageous impact upon the operation of securities market.For this reason,we should adopd a series measures further standardize the information of companies appear on market,.
