脂肪酸合酶与脂肪酸代谢及细胞因子的关系 被引量:9

摘要 脂肪酸合酶(FASN),是一种大分子蛋白复合物,在内源性长链脂肪酸的合成中发挥着重要作用。研究证实脂肪酸代谢障碍可导致细胞因子的释放紊乱,与许多疾病发生相关,FASN的异常表达与某些疾病的发生、发展密切相关,尤其是在代谢性疾病如:肥胖、胰岛素抵抗中扮演了重要角色。本文对FASN蛋白的结构、功能、表达调控,以及与相关疾病细胞因子的关系进行了总结。
