摘要 近年来手足口病(Hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)在我国持续流行,已经成为危害儿童健康的严重疾病。肠道病毒71型(Enterovirus 71,EV71)感染是引起HFMD病例和婴儿重症死亡的主要病因。为控制EV71感染的流行,国内外均在开展不同种类EV71疫苗的研发,其中以灭活疫苗的进展最快,目前国内3家EV71全病毒灭活疫苗即将进入Ⅲ期临床试验阶段。本文就全病毒灭活疫苗的研发进展及质量控制和评价要点作一综述。 Hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD) has been circulated in China and has become a serious public health prob- lem. Enterovirus 71 (EV71) is emerged as a significant pathogen causing severe and death cases. Various EVT1 vaccines are in de- velopment for controlling EVTI infection, of which inactivated vaccines are developed rapidly. At present, phase Ⅲ clinical trials will be performed on the inactivated whole virus vaccines against EV71 manufactured by three manufacturers in China. This review at- tempts to give an overview of the progress and quality control of inactivated whole virus vaccine against EV71.
