摘要
The 10th Seminar on National HACCP Application and Certification was held in Shanghai from October 18 to 19 in the purpose of helping guide domestic food enterprises to implement the responsibility of quality safety main body, strengthen food safety risk awareness, establish the concept of "prevention first and systematic management", explore and solve the newly emerging problems during the establishment, implementation, verification and certification process of HACCP system, so as to improve the overall level of food safety of our country.
