摘要
目的探讨围术期应用黏液促排剂对中耳炎性疾病术后恢复的影响。方法将136例(144耳)诊断为分泌性中耳炎35例(40耳)、慢性化脓性中耳炎49例(52耳)、胆脂瘤型中耳炎52例(52耳)的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组患者实施相同手术治疗。对照组仅手术治疗,治疗组手术当天服用桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊,0.3g,2次/d,连续服用7～8周。两组患者于术后第2、4、6、8周进行听力学检查及评估,观察两组疗效。结果分泌性中耳炎、慢性化脓性中耳炎、胆脂瘤型中耳炎治疗组术后第4周及第6周纯音测听检查、患者主观症状恢复优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分泌性中耳炎治疗组术后第4周及第6周咽鼓管功能恢复较对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05);慢性化脓性中耳炎治疗组第8周咽鼓管功能恢复较对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中耳炎性疾病以手术治疗为主,并能取得满意疗效。围术期服用黏液促排剂,可改善咽鼓管功能,缩短术腔恢复时间,提高手术疗效,改善患者生活质量。
Objective to investigate the therapeutic effects of perioperative application of eucalyptol-limonene-pinene enteric-coated capsules in the patients secretory otitis media,cholestoma and chronic otitis media.Methods 35 patients diagnosed as secretary otitis media,49 patients diagnose as chronic suppurative otitis media and 52 patients diagnosed as cholestoma otitis media were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group：the patients in the control group received corresponding surgery and the patients in the treatment group were perioperative applied with the eucalyptol-limonene-pinene enteric-coated capsules.On the time point of 2nd week,4th week,6th week and 8th week afer surger,the theraputic effect was observed by analysis of the symptoms,audiological examination and eustachian tube function assessment.Results The result of subjective sympom and audiological examination showed dramatical improvement in all the patients on the time point of 4th week and 6th week after surgery compared with the control group.The eustachian tube funcion of the patients with secretory otitis media in the treatment group was better than the one in the control group on the time point of 4th week and 6th week,and the eustachian tube funcion of the patients with the chronic suppurative otitis media in the treatment group showed dramatical improvements on the time point of 8 week （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The perioperative application of eucalyptol-limonene-pinene enteric-coated capsules could improve theraputic effects and shorten the recovery period.
