摘要
根据有限元理论,利用ANSYS软件建立了旋转细长梁有限元理论模型。在转速为100 r/min、钻压为200 N条件下,研究内筒轴向压力、细长比的因素影响以及内筒转速对内筒横向位移的变化情况。结果表明:随着细长比的增长,距离中间节点越远的节点,起始时间越滞后。在有自重影响下,下节点的横向位移随轴向力变化,位移依次变大。内筒随着转速的增加,内筒的横向位移也逐渐变大。
Based on finite element theory, using ANSYS software a rotating slender beam finite element theo- retical model is established. The rotational speed of 100 r/min, drilling pressure 200 N under the conditions of the study, tube axial pressure, the slenderness ratio of the factors, as well as drilling pressure for 200 N under the con- ditions of the internal tube of the inner cylinder speed transverse displacement changes. The results showed that: with the growth of the slenderness ratio, the farther the node from the intermediate node, the start time, the more lag; weight impact, the next node horizontal displacement changes with the axial force, displacement followecl by larger; the inner cylinder with speed increases, the lateral displacement of the inner cylinder is gradually larger.
