摘要
高铁的规划建设将促使沿线城市生产要素的流动与重组,特别是高铁站场产生的直接和间接经济效应,将使其成为新的区域经济增长极。本文总结国内外相关研究现状和研究背景,提出了高铁站场经济发展研究的议题,以福厦高铁泉州站为案例,评价了泉州发展高铁站场经济的条件,在此基础上提出泉州高铁站场经济发展的主要思路。
Construction and planning of high-speed rail will promote the flow and restructuring of production elements of the city along the high speed rail, especially the direct and indirect economic effects the high-speed rail station produces, will make it become a new regional growth pole. This paper summarized the relevant research and background at home and abroad, and put forward the issues on high-speed rail station economy, taking Quanzhou station of Fuxia high-speed rail as a case, and make condition assessment of high-speed rail station economy in Quanzhou.＂ Based on this, this paper put forward development ideas of high-speed rail station economy in Quanzhou.
