随着社会整体服务水平的提升,人们对供电服务的要求也越来越高。为了提高供电服务质量,降低供电经营活动中存在的风险,提升企业的经营效益和管理水平,建设统一的音视频监控系统,实现省级集中监管、市和县本地监控的三级管理模式;视频监控系统实时接收"客户评价系统"和"呼叫中心系统"上传的信息,根据信息内容自动生成异常告警信息,同时把告警信息通知省、市两级管理人员,实现异常实时告知和追踪。
With the improvement of the whole social work, people demand for higher and higher power supply service.
