摘要
目的:观察针灸配合超短波疗法治疗颞颌关节炎的临床疗效。方法:185例分为治疗组A组75例、对照组B组和对照组C组各55例。B组采用针灸方法治疗,C组采用超短波治疗,A组采用针灸配合超短波疗法治疗,治疗5次后休息2天,共治疗10次。结果:总有效率A组100%、B组82.27%、C组78.18%,A组与B组、C组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:针灸配合超短波疗法治疗颞颌关节炎可以明显减轻临床症状,疗效较为满意。
Objective：to observe the clinical effects of ultrashort wave therapy combined with acupuncture on temporomandiblllar underdevelopment joints arthritis.Methods：the treatment group of 75 patients was compared respectively with control groups B and C,each consisting of 55 patients.Patients in control group B received acupunctural treatment,whereas those in control group C received ultrashort wave therapy.Patients in treatment group A were treated with the combination of both therapies.All three groups were treated for a period of 10 days,in which the patients rested for 2 days after every 5 days of treatment.The patients＇ clinical symptoms were then examined.Results：all the patients＇ symptoms in treatment group A are effectively mitigated and its effective rate was 100%.The compared effective rate of control group B and C was 80.2%.The clinical symptoms of the patients in the treatment group,in this comparison,were obviously better mitigated than those of the patients in the control groups.Such difference has statistical significance.Conclusion：the ultrashort wave therapy combined with acupuncture can significantly mitigate the clinical symptoms of temporomandiblllar underdevelopment joints arthritis.The treatment effects are satisfactory.
