摘要
探讨了因设备失效而可能造成人员大量伤亡或财产严重损失的可靠性风险分析方法问题。指出了失效模式与效应分析 ;失效严重度分析和失效树分析均是可靠性风险分析的主要方法和有效工具。文章对失效模式、效应、严重度分析和故障树分析进行了比较和研究 ,得到了在可靠性风险分析时这些方法是相辅相成的结论。
