摘要
在图书馆自动化系统的维护中,作为计算机系统维护员,除了计算机软硬件的日常维护之外,更多时候还要跟用户(指使用软件的人员,以下同)和软件开发商进行沟通。有效的沟通一方面可以及时有效地解决用户在使用软件中碰到的问题,另一方面,能及时把用户碰到的问题向软件开发商进行咨询,寻找有效解决方案。
