摘要
贫困是困扰人类生存和发展的社会现象之一。我国西北民族地区的大部分农村,由于受自然环境、社会、文化等各种因素的相互制约,贫困问题依然严重,扶贫任务仍然十分艰巨。因此,深入研究西北民族地区农村贫困的原因,探索有效解决农村贫困问题的途径,直接关系到我国多民族社会的和谐稳定与新农村建设的实现,具有重大的理论和现实意义。
Poverty is one of social phenomena which influences the human existence and development. Because of natural environment, society and culture factors in most villages of Chinese northwest minority rural places, poverty is still a seri- ous problem and supporting the poor is an arduous work. Hence, to make deep research on the reasons of northwest vil- lage poverty and to explore the ways to solve the problems of poverty are related to the achievement of new village con- struction and Chinese society＇s harmonious stability which is of great theoretical and realistic significance.
