摘要
党的十七届六中全会提出"文化强国"战略目标是顺应时代发展的举措,是国家发展中提升国家文化软实力以解决各种社会问题和道德危机的需要。在实践"文化强国"战略中,当务之急是要提出一项适合全球化时代需要的文化发展战略,切实提升中华文化的软实力。这个新文化战略的根本点,就在于坚持"一元主导,多元和谐;会通古今,兼融中西"的多元和谐文化观。而提升中华文化软实力的根本点在于重塑以"仁"为道、以"义礼智信忠廉和敬"为常德的中华文化核心价值观。
Constructing the powerful cultural country proposed in the 6th plenary session of the 17th central committee of CPC,is a proper action to conform to the times.It also meets the need of promoting national cultural soft power to solve various social problems and moral crisis in the development of our country.During the practice of constructing powerful cultural country,the urgent missions are to put forward a proper cultural development strategy for the age of globalization,and promote the soft power of Chinese culture.The focus of the strategy lies in sticking to the harmonious perspective of multi-culture.And the basic point of promoting Chinese soft culture is to remodel the core value of Chinese culture that is to take ＂benevolence＂ as the way,take ＂righteousness,courtesy,wisdom,cautiousness,faithfulness,probity,harmony,respect＂ as the constant virtues.
