摘要
[目的]通过调查MBA学员对于医院管理MBA项目的案例教学的满意度,从而寻求案例教学的改进方法,优化现代医院管理MBA的案例教学。[方法]以四川大学医院管理MBA项目的学员为研究对象,采用自制的调查问卷,对参与项目的336位学员进行统一的问卷调查,采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。[结果]发放问卷336份,回收问卷320份,有效回收率95%。92.81%的学员表示对项目中的教学案例的效果满意。案例内容的实践性、学员的有效参与、导师有较强引导作用等因素与学员对于教学案例的满意度有关(P<0.05)。[结论]要做好医院管理MBA项目的教学案例,需要关注影响学员对教学案例满意度的因素,在案例内容的实践性、导师的引导作用、学员的有效参与等方面多做努力,优化医院管理MBA案例教学体系。
Objective Investigated the satisfaction degree of MBA students towards their MBA program teaching cases so as to find the improvement methods and optimize MBA cases teaching methods.Methods Adopted self-make questionnaire to investigate 336 students from hospital management MBA program in sichuan university.The investigation results were collected and analyzed by SPSS.Results Delivered 336 questionnaires,recovered 320,effective recovery was 95%.92.8% students were satisfied with the effect of program’s teaching cases.The factors which influences the satisfaction degree to teaching cases: the practicality of teaching cases,effective participation of students,strong guidance of mentors.Conclusions We need to pay more attention to the above factors so as to optimize MBA cases teaching methods system.
